Cancellation/Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Wine Country Massage / Wine Country Medical Massage / Wine Country Mobile Massage, we value your time and appreciate your cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a $100 fee, which will be charged automatically to the card on file.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. No Refunds.
Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Wine Country Movement requires at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class.
If you cancel within 12 hours or do not show up, the class will be charged in full or deducted from your current class package. No Refunds.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Minimum Commitment: All memberships require a three (3) month minimum commitment. No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Notice: After the initial three-month commitment period, members may cancel their membership by providing a written 30-day notice (via email or written letter).Ongoing Charges: If a written 30-day cancellation notice is not received after the 3-month commitment, the card on file will continue to be charged for ongoing membership dues until proper notice is given. Effective Cancellation Date: Memberships remain active—and all billing continues—through the 30-day notice period following receipt of written cancellation.
